Studio Vita, in Bologna since 2010.
Studio Vita Apartments is run by the Vita family and started in Bologna in 2010. Today we manage more than 70 short-stay apartments in the historic centre, with a reception at Via Marsala 8.
Our story
We started in 2010 with a B&B, Casa Ilaria. From there we grew step by step, taking on new apartments and entire residences in the centre of Bologna.
Today we work in two ways: we run apartments and residences directly, and we look after homes as property managers for owners who entrust us with their property. Either way, guests find the same standard and the same team to welcome them.
Check-in is in person at our reception at Via Marsala 8, a short walk from Via dell'Indipendenza, and we can be reached 24 hours a day throughout your stay.
